The '5 Rs' for hardware

Not only we love what we do and what we manufacture, but also we are concerned about the environment very much. We made a lot of effort to figure out some unique ways, creating the '5 Rs' policy for our products beyond the so-called 3Rs concept.

Recycle - Most of the products we manufacture are made of/from recycled materials and don't consist of any plastic components or unrecyclable materials. To make 100% recyclable products, we also avoid the typical setting of different products when there's a possibility, e.g., made from brass with plastic contained, brass with aluminum, brass with alloy or brass with stainless steel and so on.

Reduce - We reduce waste by decreasing the fail rate at our best and any cost. Rigorous control for each process of the production line gets the 'reduce' job well done. We do the same no matter it is in-house production or outsourcing.

Reuse - The defective products picked out in quality control process are always suitable to be reused for testing as long as the products can function well, e.g., pulling test, die set test and examination with fabric or even the actual merchandises.

Repurpose - Some products can be made for a different purpose when they are not yet assembled or finished. For example, the overproduced or leftover caps of capped rivets can use for constructing with tacks or other components. Then they can be given a different purpose and become different types of fasteners. This method is also often applied to increase our production volume so that we can be able to lower the minimum order quantity for our customers maximally.

Redesign - Some of our products have the potential to be changed in different shapes, colors, or finishes. Whenever the products are assembled or not, there are ways to make them changed by using different dies with a manual press machine; Plated products can be spray painted or replated in a different color or a different finish, added with various treatments to provide a different look.
